Skin Game Facial Care Series Pore Rescue Review

I'm not obsessed with Indonesian skincare, I'll be honest. But Dyn's Instagram story about how effective Skin Game Pore Rescue intrigued me. I joined Skin Game's giveaway and won their Pore Rescue mask. I dug deep into their Instagram feed, fell in love with their hues and concept, then I ordered the body gloss. Thank you Dyn, no buy is definitely a myth since I knew you :)

Packed in a sturdy plastic jar, this vegan, cruelty and paraben free face mask consists of three ingredients, Kaolin Clay, Calcium Carbonate and Zinc Oxide. These three minerals are well-known for their ability to purify pore and on my skin, it speeds up acne healing process though it's not promoted as an acne healer mask.

Kaolin clay isn't a new thing in my skincare arsenal. Back to early 2017 when I was dealing with gigantic cystic acne due to medication I took, Palmer's Cocoa Butter Purifying Mask, which consists of kaolin clay,  helped to clear out and calm down my acne.  If you have super dry skin, Kaolin clay can suck all the moisture out from your skin, so just apply on the targeted area, such as chin and nose, then leave it less than 10 minutes.

I'm lucky enough to have a chance to try this product while having cystic acne on my cheek and chin so that I can report to you this mask helps to calm down acne. I've also seen lines of whiteheads peeking through the skin around my nose and chin. My camera isn't that advanced to capture the phenomenon but take a look at Dyn's review .

I'll be honest I'm impressed by the Pore Rescue Mask and eager to try other products. Everything they sell sound promising and they don't need to sugarcoat anything, It's just a pore rescue mask, no frills, but effective.

However, it's also worth noting that I can't find any Skin Game product listed on BPOM Website yet. Keep in mind that Skin Game is a new brand and to get BPOM certification must be a lengthy process. So far, my acne is gone and my nose and skin stay intact.

I can't wait to see Skin Game growing to be a massive skincare brand in the future and gets its BPOM certification.  Oh, and a little plastic sifter to prevent the powder from spilling is much appreciated.
