Those Which Made the Cut : Favorite 2018 Skincare
Can you believe that the end of 2018 is coming? I must've been sleeping throughout the year.
I don't try many products since progressing to the minimalism lifestyle, but here are five impressive products which have been my go to throughout the year.
I'm never a fan of any physical exfoliator, to find that I constantly reach Neogen Gauze Peeling pad surprises myself. Each pad consists of gritty & soft textured gauze which leaves my skin smooth, not to mention it helps to heal acne especially the cystic ones. I know acne prone skin & anything harsh usually don't get along very well, thus, I swipe it super gently & never rinse the residue. While I'm not a big fan of the extremely bulky jar, I love how it keeps making my skin clean without breaking it out.
Biore Perfect Cleansing Water
Any kind of cleansing/ micellar water will never be out of style & we are never going to be tired of new kind of water because it is a staple for our 'lazy' generation. So far, it works wonderfully to take off makeup. No weird scent, taste, no tingling, it's all good.
I am not the best person to explain the difference of essence, lotion, ampule, toner, and serum, but I can tell this essence is the best product I've tried so far in 2018. If you aren't familiar with the slimy texture, the very first week will leave you disgusted, but once you see how healthy your skin is, you will forget it. This is such a great product to calm acne, diminish acne scars and tighten the pores.
Here is the excerpt of my last week post, Ceramide is a powerhouse fat! the good fat for your skin! Let the fat and cholesterol in.
I know this isn't thermal water with calming property such as Evian, Avene or Caudalie's beauty elixir, but I can't call it as a make-up since it is glycerin rose water which hydrates dry skin and gives beautiful dewy effect besides helping makeup stays longer. An affordable gem you should give a try!
